Element: Identify resources for new business.
  • Investigate and identify new business opportunities.
  • Undertake feasibility study to determine viability of new business.
  • Assess practicability of business opportunity in line with risks, returns sought and resources available.

  • Analyse and evaluate risks and their potential impacts on the business.
  • Identify ways to control or eliminate risks and maximise outcomes.

  • Identify, assess and calculate financial costs and resource requirements and prepare budget.

Assessment Tasks
